  • Do you have an Ice Machine?
    Yes, we have an ice machine located in our carport. ​**Please note that our ice machine is disconnected in the off season so we do not experience frozen lines.** Ice cube trays will replace the machine in the off season.
  • Do you have a Pool/Restaurant?
    We unfortunately do not.
  • Do you have any beach equipment for rent?
    We offer complimentary use of beach chairs, umbrellas and wagons; however, we do not have beach towels so please bring your own! We have one wagon and umbrella available per room and chairs are on a first come first serve basis. Please check with the front desk upon arrival to secure yours! *Please note, beach equipment is seasonal only.
  • Is your hotel located directly on the beach?
    We are located on Ocean Boulevard which is the main street that runs the length of Hampton Beach. You will need to cross Ocean Boulevard to reach the Beach. It is approximately 200 steps or so to the closest staircase to get you on the sand.
  • Do you have an Elevator?
    Yes, we do! All of our rooms are accessible via the elevator or stairs.
  • How old do I need to be to rent a room?
    You must be at least 21 years old with a valid ID and credit card to book a room with us.
  • Are there Hair Dryers in the rooms?
    Yes, and we also provide shampoo, conditioner and soap.
  • Can I smoke in the room or on the balcony?
    Our entire facility is a NO SMOKING property, including the decks. We do however, have a designated outdoor smoking area on site.
  • Do you allow pets?
    As much as we love furry friends, our property is not pet friendly. Service dogs are welcome; however, support animals are not. We ask you to let us know in advance if you will be bringing a service animal.
  • Where do I park?
    We offer 1 parking space per room included in the room rate in our on-site parking lot. Extra spaces are limited and may be available at an additional charge. If you plan to have more than one car, the more notice we have the better we can try to accommodate you. Instructions on where to park will be included in your arrival instructions document that you will receive on the day of your arrival
  • What type of flooring is in the rooms?
    We recently replaced all room carpets with plank flooring that is much easier to keep clean and sanitary!
  • Do you have units with Kitchens?
    Every unit has a "kitchenette" with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, small refrigerator and microwave. It is also stocked with plates, glasses and silverware so you do not need to bring anything!
  • Do you have Coffee?
    Yes, every unit is equipped with a K-Cup Coffee machine. We provide the K-Cups, cream and sugar.
  • How far away is the Casino/Beach Center?
    We are located in the northern end of Hampton Beach, slightly under 1 mile from the Ballroom. It's a good 20-minute walk along the beautiful boardwalk.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    A cancellation outside a 14 day window from date of arrival will incur a $100 fee, inside 14 days of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit and any cancellation that is made within a 24 hour period of arrival will lose the entire amount for the stay.
  • Do you have a laundry room? What about Irons?
    Yes, we have an on-site laundry room with coin operated machines as well as irons and ironing boards. Please respect other guests by returning irons/boards back to laundry room when finished.
